Cheerleading was not only an extracurricular activity she loved for Mexican – American actress Eva Longoria, but also one that promptly incorporated into a successful career in Hollywood. At Roy Miller High School, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Longoria was a cheerleader and she managed to cheer at Texas A&M-Kingsville throughout her college years. Longoria won the Miss Corpus Christi pageant in 1998, in which a theatrical agent in Los Angeles spotted her.
